I managed a project MANY YEARS ago to automate and improve processes for the Treasury Department -- the bureaucracy was deafening at the Mints. Not sure I will ever write about it but it was definitely absurd in so many ways. If Anne were ever to want a cross-post I have a rat story (perhaps works with her wacky Mayor) almost impossible to believe. It will remain a teaser for now.
